Cancellation Policy

Cancellation up to 48 hours prior to appointment - FULL REFUND. Cancellation 48-24 hours prior to appointment, refund LESS £25 per treatment, unless the slot(s) can be filled. Cancellation on the day or less than 24 hours prior to appointment will incur the full cost of the treatment therefore NO REFUND, unless the slot(s) can be filled. Please be aware that late arrival may mean we have to reduce your treatment time.
