All our products are hand-made in small batches from natural plant based ingredients, free from artificial preservatives or additives. As a result, we do not keep large stocks of our products in store. On occasion, to ensure the best quality and freshness, or if we have received a large number of orders, we may have to make a new batch, and therefore dispatch times may be a little longer than normal. We will endeavour however to dispatch items within 1-2 days of payment. 


In order to keep costs as low as possible, we dispatch by Royal Mail 2nd class. Delivery times vary between 2-7 days but we have known them to deliver the next day!


Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will normally be dispatched on Mondays. Those placed on Public Holidays will normally be dispatched on the next working day.  


Please note that, for international customers, if customs charges are incurred, these are not the responsibility of SK-INtuition ® (SKINSENSE), but of the customer and we would advise you to make enquiries in your own country as to the likely cost of import duties etc.


Delivery times are in the hands of the Royal Mail, but from experience, deliveries to date have been speedy and reliable. Whilst we cannot accept liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party, if your parcel does not arrive when expected, please let us know. Please note, we cannot investigate lost packages through Royal Mail until 15 working days from the due date of delivery (UK only). 



Returns & Exchange


Whilst we use the finest organic ingredients, our pouring skills may be in need of a little improvement! So if your balm is not perfectly smooth on top, do not worry, it is the same wonderful, aromatic balm, just a little wonky! Please be aware that due to the hand made nature of our products, and the use of natural, plant based ingredients, our balm and serum vary slightly from batch to batch in colour, scent and consistency. 


If you do change your mind about your purchase, please contact us immediately. Your product may be returned or exchanged as long as it is in unopened, unused and saleable condition in its original packaging within 7 working days of receipt. 


All returned goods will be checked on receipt. Please note that for hygiene reasons, if the security seals have been broken, or if the product has been opened or used, then products cannot be accepted for return or exchange. The cost of returning your goods is at your own expense and return postage costs will not be refunded. You may wish to send your return by Recorded Delivery to ensure safe receipt.
